Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about an order, you may cancel it within a certain timeframe, typically before the preparation of your food starts. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 4782 4782. If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel it and issue a full refund in €.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery due to quality issues, such as a pizza not being made to your specifications or being delivered cold, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. To process your refund, we may require the item to be returned to our location at Pizzeria Via Napoli, Rome, 00184, Italy in its original condition. Upon the assessment of the item, we will either issue a refund in € or provide a replacement.

In the event that we confirm a mistake on our part, we will refund the total amount of the purchase or offer a credit for future orders, at your discretion. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for a refund. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned unless there is a compliancy issue with our service or if the item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Beverages such as juices or lemonades, which are sold as part of the meal or separately, are not eligible for a refund once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or expired.

Late or Missing Refunds
